Is our planet the only planet that harbours intelligent life? I answer no to that question. The universe is HUGE and it would be very strange if only one small planet in the whole universe harboured intelligent life.

By the way, the Andromeda Galaxy, our closest galaxy, is visible in the photograph. Look at the line at the bottom left and look a little to the right of it, and you will see a celestial body with a glow around it. That's our nearest neighbouring galaxy, about 2.5 million light years away.
